Cancellation by us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

  • We have insufficient stock to provide the products you have ordered. If this is the case we will contact you to advise you of an availability date or an alternative product, or refund.
  • One or more of the products you ordered was listed as an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

Intellectual property

The content of this website is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on this website without written permission from The Brotherhood of Pursuits & Pastimes.


Accuracy of content

The Brotherhood of Pursuits and Pastimes has taken care to ensure that prices quoted on the website are correct at time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices on the website. All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT.


Complaints

The Brotherhood of Pursuits and Pastimes always aims to provide the highest level of customer service. If you feel that we have not met that aim, then please contact us. We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible but always within 5 working days. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and as quickly as possible. If the complaint can not be resolved immediately you will receive a weekly update on progress. Complaints in respect of the quality of the goods you receive will be forwarded to our Executive Chef for review and we promise whenever possible to respond to you with 48 hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept the return of any opened produce delivered to you but, if the goods ordered by you do not meet your reasonable satisfaction, we may, in our absolute discretion, send you a gift card to the value of the goods that have fallen short of your expectations.


Governing law

The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
